The Branded Sites Account Manager is responsible for managing the branded site experience of new and existing clients.  The Account Manager will work closely with both new clients going through an initial branded site development project and existing clients going through site edits or custom design projects.  The Account Manager will work closely with other members of the Branded Sites Team to ensure project milestones are completed timely and accurately.

Team members well-suited to this role will have a track record of being client-focused and providing exceptional service, both internally and externally within an organization. They will have excellent communication skills through email and over the phone. Candidates should be tech-savvy, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to keep clients on task with branded sites projects through clear, proactive communication.

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a project management, account management, or client services role
  • Operational mindset, and ability to understand complex processes and make adjustments as needed
  • Technical ability and ability to learn and understand complex concepts

  • Experience with Squarespace, web design, CSS/HTML, or Digital Marketing/SEO a plus, but not necessary
  • PMP certification desired, but not necessary


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with new and existing clients to manage branded sites projects, including new site builds, site edits, and custom site designs
  • Communicate with clients, via email, phone, and Zoom
  • Respond to clients in a timely manner
  • Proactively follow up with all clients with open projects/items
  • Support Sales and CS teams in creation of client's Branded Website Statement of Work
  • Manage clients expectations pro-actively to scope of work defined and billable policies
  • Develop excellent client relationships that aid in overall client retention
  • Assign and follow up on action items to internal branded sites team members to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients with mild escalations related to branded sites and work with Branded Sites Team Lead to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with Onboarding and Account Management teams to ensure clients are supported
  • Collaborate with sales, billing, marketing, international, and technical teams on special projects

Applicants for this position must be located in Phoenix, AZ. This role is currently fully remote due to current events, but normally is located at an office in central Phoenix and offers one day per week work from home and semi-flexible schedules. Some small amount of long distance travel may be required for training, client events, or meetings at company headquarters.
