The Branded Sites Account Manager is responsible for managing the branded site experience of new and existing clients. The Account Manager will work closely with both new clients going through an initial branded site development project and existing clients going through site edits or custom design projects. The Account Manager will work closely with other members of the Branded Sites Team to ensure project milestones are completed timely and accurately.
Team members well-suited to this role will have a track record of being client-focused and providing exceptional service, both internally and externally within an organization. They will have excellent communication skills through email and over the phone. Candidates should be tech-savvy, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to keep clients on task with branded sites projects through clear, proactive communication.
Applicants for this position must be located in Phoenix, AZ. This role is currently fully remote due to current events, but normally is located at an office in central Phoenix and offers one day per week work from home and semi-flexible schedules. Some small amount of long distance travel may be required for training, client events, or meetings at company headquarters.
Compensation and full benefits include starting pay in the $46K-52K range depending on experience; medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays, vacation, and sick days; option to contribute to a 401(k); paid monthly parking (if applicable); and an extremely nice, supportive group of people as your co-workers.
