Job description


The Branded Sites Team Administrator role is responsible for supporting the Ylopo Branded Sites Team by managing the team’s JIRA board, Zendesk, high level reporting, and assignment of new projects. The Branded Sites Administrator will oversee the branded sites queue and work with the team to ensure clients move through the branded site build experience in a timely manner. This role will require frequent internal communication, but at times, will require client outreach.

Team members well-suited to this role will have a track record of being client-focused, and providing exceptional service, both internally and externally within an organization. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are a must. This role requires excellent communication skills, both through email/tickets and over the phone. Candidates do not have to have prior experience working at software or marketing companies, but should be willing to learn the intricacies of the Ylopo branded site product and understand how to guide clients through the branded site questionnaire and site build process. Most importantly, we’re looking for candidates who are quick-thinking, detail-oriented, patient, positive, and thoughtful.


  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to the Ylopo Branded Sites Team via administrative and reporting tasks
  • Manage the JIRA and Zendesk queue for Branded Sites team
  • Manage Branded Sites team reporting at a high level
  • Follow up consistently with clients
  • Respond (via phone/email/text) to all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support
  • Speak confidently and professionally with team members and, at times, clients
  • Learn the ins and outs of Ylopo branded sites product
  • Collaborate with client success, onboarding, sales, marketing, product and technical teams on special projects as needed

    • Ability to take the initiative and see projects and tasks through to completion
    • Experience with JIRA and Zendesk a plus
    • Strong phone skills (not required but a definite plus)


  • The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up
  • RAM should be at least 8GB with 100 GB free disk space
  • A Headset with the noise-canceling feature
  • -At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main ISP
  • -strictly no USB Sticks or mobile data allowed for backup ISP
