Marketing Operations Coordinator (Philippines only)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the onboarding of hundreds of clients per month during their marketing setup process

- Constant email communication with clients to get all necessary paperwork and documents completed

- Work directly with our advertising platforms (Google and Facebook) support teams to resolve any client issues

- Monitor performance on client campaigns to make marketing adjustments

- Track clients through analytics dashboard and process flow



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in admin or project management and managing a large number of projects or clients
  • The right candidate will be extremely organized
  • Detail-oriented in documenting process and managing project pipeline
  • Great written English and communication /client management skills

     

System Requirements: 

  • Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required

  • Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 GB Free disk space

  • USB Headset

  • At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp

  • strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup isp
